The origin of Sine wave controller of Electromotor

Last century 70 the Siemens engineers F.Blaschke first proposed the asynchronous motor vector control theory to solve the AC motor torque control problem. The basic principle of vector control realization is to control the excitation current and torque current of the asynchronous motor by measuring and controlling the stator current vector of the asynchronous motors, and the purpose of controlling the torque of asynchronous motor is achieved by the principle of magnetic field orientation. In particular, the stator current vector of asynchronous motors is decomposed into the current component of the magnetic field (excitation current) and the current component (torque current) that generates the torque, respectively, the amplitude and phase of the two components are controlled simultaneously, i. e. the stator current vector, so the control method is called Vector control mode (Sine wave control). In brief, vector control is the decoupling of the magnetic chain and torque, which is beneficial to designing the regulator separately, so as to realize the high performance speed regulating of AC motor. The vector control method has the vector control method based on the deviation frequency control, the speed sensorless vector control mode and the vector control mode of the speed sensor. This can be equivalent to a three-phase asynchronous motor to control the DC motor, thus obtaining the same static and dynamic performance as the DC speed regulating system.
